We review your inspector's report, confirm scope, and provide a flat-rate written quote โ usually the same day. Once you approve, we schedule the project and order any specialty materials (HEPA filters, antimicrobials, containment supplies).
Day one starts with floor protection, poly sheeting on adjacent doorways, and full negative-pressure containment around the work area. HEPA air scrubbers run continuously to capture airborne spores. Nothing gets cut until containment is verified.
